Office Hours
Office hours for all Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court facilities in Lincoln and Omaha are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Exceptions to normal business hours include holidays declared by statute or closings made by order of the Nebraska Supreme Court.
Faxes received after 4:30 p.m. will be reviewed the following business day. As a reminder, claimants not represented by an attorney may refer to the court’s Rules of Procedure (specifically Rule 2, Filings, and Rule 13, Fax Filings) for information about submitting pleadings and other documents by fax after business hours.
